There are a few jelly fish (as expected for this coast and this time of year), but these are easy to spot from the water. One person was stung, but the crew dealt with this calmly and professionally. One suggestion for improvement: please improve access to the boat from the jetty or clarify description for the tour - access is via a steep ladder down to the boat from the jetty”

I tried to phone and message early in the morning to ask if we could move it to a different day. I didn’t get an answer from phone, or by messaging. We would have really loved to move it to a different day. Very disappointed that we couldn’t make contact at all.”
